Still rising.
Seamus Power clinched the Butterfield Bermuda Championship Sunday for his second PGA Tour title.
For much of the afternoon, it looked as though North Carolina’s Ben Griffin would take the honors but a combination of Griffin collapsing and a never say die attitude from Power saw the Waterford man clinch victory.
Power edged to the lead after a magnificent 25-foot birdie putt at the 14th while rival Griffin hooked his tee shot and had to take a penalty drop to make a bogey – his third in a row.

Power and Griffin both made bogey on the 15th before Griffin double-bogeyed on 16.
A bogey on the final hole gave the Irishman a 1-under 70 and a one-shot victory over Thomas Detry.
The victory moves him to No. 32 in the world. He came into Bermuda at No. 48, the highest-ranked player in the field.
“This course was always going to be a tale of two sides,” Power said.
“I knew it was going to be hard coming in and it was. I’m delighted to get it done.”
