In this week’s episode, we speak to Real Estate Broker Shane Boyle who talks to us about the New York City real estate and rental market – and how COVID-19 has impacted prices.
Shane, who is from Killybegs in Donegal, first came to America in 2008 on a J1 visa before moving permanently to New York City in 2012 to pursue his American Dream.
He initially worked as a bartender before making the move into the real estate game and has never looked back.
Shane currently works as part of Team Carte Blanche at Triplemint and can be contacted through his Instagram handle – @shaneXboyle or on LinkedIn for inquiries.
He says there is tremendous value to be found in the Manhattan real estate market now and around 85% of his clients are first-time home buyers.
Rent has also plummeted and there are plenty of bargains to be found for value-hunters!
